Appearance: Marlene is a bit shorter than average human at 5 foot 4 inches tall and has an good figure with moderate breasts. She has almost no point to her ears and her Elven ancestry is not very evident. Her skin is fairly pale and she has dark blue eyes with almost a purple tint to them. She has black hair with blue highlights which she wears to the small of her back. She often wears purple robes and often wears a long dark blue or black cloak with a red inner liner and a peaked hood.

Marlene's History:

Marlene is the daughter of a female Druid and a male Cyberknight named Carlton Lorne. While Marlene's father was fully human, Marlene's mother is Half Elven by birth. That makes her three quarters human and one quarter Elven. This means that while she will live nowhere near as long as a fully elf, she will have a long life-span. She was second born out of four children. Her older brother is a Operator, her next younger sister is a Mind Melter, and her youngest sister is a power armor pilot. Marlene lived in a small village near Lazlo that was protected by her father. When she was ten years old, the village was attacked by bandits. In the attack, Marlene's father was killed in the attack and her youngest sister was separated and rescued by another family that lived next to them and was not reunited for many years. After this happened, Marlene's mother moved to Lazlo and Marlene took up learning magic in Lazlo.

She started adventuring at age sixteen and found a piece of a very powerful magical staff which she started looking for the other parts of the staff. It took several of difficult adventuring before she found all of the other components and met up with several people who became her adventuring companions. One of the people she met became her husband.

When she got all the parts of the staff together, a massive magical reaction happened which summoned a castle that was linked to the staff. The magic bonded her both to the staff and to the castle.

After the castle appeared, she settled down with her husband at the castle for several years and started a family. She did periodically adventure but spend most of her time at the castle. While adventuring, she had several run ins with other mages and had to fight against both vampires and the Coalition. With her husbands agreement, she also developed a relationship with a Veritech fighter pilot named Joan Smith, who's husband was a Veritech hover tank pilot who was killed. After a while, Marlene persuaded Joan into a three way marriage.
